100% enjoyed this episode. Not only have i always been a workaholic with all the consequences that it brings, including total burn out, but also i sustained a severe brain injury and i have researched neuroscience and sleep science to find ways to cope. this episode hits the nail on the head, with clear explanations , and practical tools to implement healthy coping strategies. thanks!
